System Software Engineer III - Responsible for design, development and testing of real-time call processing software for current and next generation telecommunications platforms.
Job Description:
Responsible for design, implementation and testing of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Call Center applications.
Requirements:
? BSCS, BSEE or technical equivalent, plus a minimum of five years CTI development experience
? Solid understanding of client/server operating environments
? SQL and/or CORBA database experience
? Linux, QNX, or Lynx OS experience a plus
? MS TAPI and/or Novell TSAPI experience a plus
? Preferred experience includes Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA), HTML, Java Scripts, Active X Controls, Visual Basic and/or CC++ |
