Description: |
The Account Manager (AM) for Data Services is an overlay sales associate. The AM will work with other sales associates at Focal to prospect, qualify, propose and close opportunities for Focal Internet based products.
· Develop and close sales opportunities for Focal Internet based products.
· Develop relationships and partnerships with Focal customers.
· Manage accounts on an on-going basis.
· Make sales calls on existing Focal customers to identify opportunities for Internet/Data communications products.
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with other Focal departments.
· Prepare proposals and contracts to prospects and customers.
· Investigate competitor products, promotions, sales strategies, pricing and overall marketing practices.
· Conduct follow-up sales calls to all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements make during sales process. |
