Our organization provides customer interaction management solutions to more than 1,000 customers through superior and proven software, services, and support. Financial services firms, airlines, telecom providers, utilities and other companies worldwide benefit from the enhanced agent productivity, optimized customer service, more effective management control, and rapid deployment advantages provided by our customer interaction management solutions. These solutions, which include inbound call handling, outbound call management, multimedia contact, browser-based desktop automation tools, and comprehensive reporting, provide new levels of automation in the contact center while helping to build lasting and more profitable customer relationships. This position is the key to the success for the Southern Region and requires extensive experience in communications sales and sales management. In this position you will be responsible for the development of the overall territory business plan outlining the target markets, plans to reach those markets, and timelines to meeting revenue goals. Organizational and people skills are a must as you will be establishing and maintaining long term, ongoing relationships with large high profile accounts.
Successful candidates will have considerable experience in selling call center solutions to customers at a senior level. Knowledge of CTI, telecommunications, and selling of complex technological customer solutions is a must. Also required is the ability to build and retain a strong proactive sales team, be a strategic thinker,and possess strong business and people management skills. A College degree is required plus at least 5 years of sales/management experience. |
