This communications company owns or leases, operates, and is extending a nationwide fiber optic network focused on providing voice, data, Internet and video services to communications service providers. They also sell, install and maintain communications equipment(CPE) and network services that address the comprehensive voice, data and video needs of organizations of all sizes. The Sr. Sales Support Manager (SSM) manages all technical sales support resources that report to a Regional Vice-President, General Manager. The Sr. Sales Support Manager reports to the Regional Vice-President, General Manager and reports in a dotted line relationship to the Director, Sales Support. In addition to managing regional technical sales support personnel, the SSM acts as a primary interface for the region to corporate sales support resources such as Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) for data engineering and application development groups. The SSM acts as the primary resource allocation manager, ensuring that the company matches and prioritizes the appropriate resources to each sales opportunity. |
