Description: |
Minimum of (8+) years experience in switched and data services.
College Degree or equivalent business experience and/or vendor certifications from Novell, Microsoft, 3Com, etc. is highly desired.
Ability to manage several projects and project teams at the same time.
Experience with PC’s, application software. Strong business acumen, knowledge of process flow management.
Understanding of Intermedia sales processes, or ability to learn quickly.
Technical expertise in network protocols (SNA, TCP/IP and IPX, etc) and WAN Protocols (Frame Relay, X.25, HDLC, etc.). An extensive knowledge of local area network routers, file servers, network operating systems, and data communications is highly required.
Previous experience in technical sales support, sales engineer, and product management required.
Knowledge of and experience with Centrex and PBX systems. Knowledge and experience with telecom switches.
Knowledge of telecommunications tariffing is highly desired. |
