Act as the single-point-of-contact between Contracts and Sales
Resolve contract legal and business escalations
Draft standard and non-standard contracts, as necessary
Manage the activities of Contracts Specialists
B.S./B.A in Business or related field
5-7 years contracts experience, preferably in Software Industry
3-5 years management experience
Strong experience working with sales organization
Strong understanding of order fulfillment /finance process
Strong verbal and written communications skills. |
